This is an agreement and treaty between the esteemed nations of Oatties and Ornes.
This treaty pertains to the alliance of the nations and the control of the territory number
It is proclaimed between the two that any claims to the territory are illegitimate and futile against the troops of Oatties and Ornes.
We proclaim that the territory number 4 be split in half between our two nations
Any opposition to the Treaty and our alliance will be met with consequential resistance
